Refund policy

Return Policy:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the order date. We can't accept returns on parts that have been installed, scratched, painted, modified, or used in any way. Items must be returned in new as originally shipped condition or a refund will not be given. Prior authorization through the return request system must be given before a return can be made. There are no refunds on shipping charges. Buyer pays for return shipping. We must receive the return within 30 days of the return authorization in order to receive a full refund.

How to submit a return request:

Click the profile icon in the top right navigation bar.

1. Log in to your account:
    A. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    B. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    C. Come back to our online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the item(s) that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note.
5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a RMA number and return shipping instructions. After the product is returned and inspected, you will receive a refund. Please allow three (3) business days for return processing.
